MELINA is an elegant triangular shawl with harmonious stripes in an eyelet pattern.

It is worked diagonally from one point to the opposite side of a triangle with a slightly asymmetrical shape. Sections in garter stitch alternate with stripes of varying widths in a simple eyelet pattern.

As increases are worked only at one side of the shawl, the pattern appears diagonal. The delicate shawl with its clear lines is a versatile companion that goes well with jeans as well as with a dress.

3 x 50g (1.76oz) Pascuali Alpaca Lace (100% alpaca wool) in the chosen colour
Colour of the pictured sample: colour #01 (natural white)

US 2 (2.75 mm) circular needle, 32” (80 cm) or longer or needle size required to get gauge
